The Seven Doors is a seven-position tarot reading built on the structure of the fairy tale, because every reading, at its heart, is a fairy tale waiting to be named.
Seven story beat cards are drawn making each spread unique, one for each stage of the journey: the ordinary world before the tale began, the call or disruption that opened a door, the test on the path, the gift that arrived, the turning point, what you are carrying home, and the changed form you are stepping into. Then a tarot card is pulled for that position.
Read together as a story (once upon a time... and then one day... and ever after) the reading gives shape to the unique pattern you are living right now or the one that has something to tell you that you need to hear. It works with any life question, any season of change, any moment when something feels like it is shifting and you want to understand the shape of it.

Please keep in mind that I come to any reading from the perspective of healing, self-exploration, and strategies for dealing with things as they are or for moving forward or towards a goal. While I believe that we can see forecast of the direction the future is heading, I do not believe in a fixed future. Because of this, any future trajectories are there to give you information so that you can make choices and decisions to keep going in that direction, or start to shift the direction you are going in. A reading should never take the power out of your own hands.
